Terms of Use Agreement for Square Hole Marketing, LLC

6. Service Subscription and Cancellation

6.1 Subscription

By subscribing to our Service, you agree to these Terms of Use and any additional terms specific to the service package you select.

6.2 Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your subscription to our Service, you must provide written notice at least 30 days prior to your next billing date. Failure to provide 30 days' notice may result in charges for the upcoming billing cycle.

6.3 Refunds

No refunds will be issued for partial use of services within a billing cycle. Any prepaid fees for services beyond the current billing cycle will be refunded on a prorated basis after the 30-day notice period.

6.4 Termination by Square Hole Marketing, LLC

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms of Use.

7. Modifications to the Service and Terms

Square Hole Marketing, LLC reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service with or without notice. We may also revise these Terms of Use from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on our website. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Michigan, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from or relating to the subject matter of this Agreement shall be finally settled by arbitration in Michigan, using the English language in accordance with the Arbitration Rules and Procedures of the Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services, Inc. ("JAMS") then in effect, by one commercial arbitrator with substantial experience in resolving intellectual property and commercial contract disputes.

10. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

11. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and any other legal notices published by us on the Service shall constitute the entire agreement between you and Square Hole Marketing, LLC concerning the service. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms of Use, understood them, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you are not authorized to use the Service.
